Ingredients
  • 16 tsp. Bragg's Liquid Aminos Braggs Liquid Aminos
  • 64 Tbsp. whole flax seeds, soaked 4-6 hours
  • 2 whole organic lemons, juiced
Instructions
  1. Mix soaked flax seeds (it will be a gelatinous mixture) with aminos and lemon juice.
  2. Spread mixture in a very thin layer over teflex sheet and place in dehydrator.
  3. Dehydrate at 105 degrees F for 5-6 hours.
  4. Flip the mixture and remove the teflex sheet. Continue dehydrating until the mixture completely dry (approximately 5-6 hours).
  5. Break into crackers and store in an airtight container.
