  • 10 pieces Mediterranean Organic Sundried Tomatoes Mediterranean Organic Sun Dried Tomatoes
  • ¼ c. fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 ½ tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. Celtic sea salt
  • 3 medium organic avocados
  • 1 medium organic onion
  • 4 Tbsp. fresh organic lemon juice
  • 2 cloves organic garlic, chopped
  • 2 whole organic jalapeno peppers, chopped
  • 12 leaves, outter organic romaine lettuce
  1. Cut the avocado into chunks and mix with lemon juice.
  2. Chop onion in food processor or Vita Mix. Add the remaining of the ingredients and process until smooth and creamy.
  3. Serve avocado mixture with lettuce leaves.
