Ingredients
  • 2 Tbsp. organic erythritol (try ZSweet)
  • 2 c. frozen organic raspberries
  • ½ Tbsp. organic arrowroot
  • 1 Tbsp. organic lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Drain raspberries well, reserving ¾ cup liquid.
  2. In saucepan, combine erythritol and arrowroot. Mix well. Stir in reserved liquid.
  3. Bring to a boil, stirring over medium heat. Boil 1 minute. Mixture will be thickened and translucent.
  4. Remove from heat. Let cool slightly.
  5. Add lemon juice.
  6. Let cool and spoon over chocolate cake or other dessert.
