  • ¼ c. organic buttermilk
  • ½ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. organic, grass-fed butter
  • ½ tsp. Celtic sea salt
  • 4 cup. organic cauliflower florets
  • ⅓ c. fresh organic parsley, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  1. Steam the cauliflower until soft.
  2. Place steamed cauliflower in in a food processor with the butter and the buttermilk. Puree.
  3. Stir in parsley and lemon juice.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve.
