  • 3 c. Imagine Organic Free Range Chicken Broth
  • 2 pounds frozen Green Lipped New Zealand Mussels
  • 2 Tbsp. organic extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. organic red pepper flakes
  • 2 c. organic dry white wine
  • 4 cloves organic garlic, crushed
  • 2 16-oz c. organic diced tomatoes (no salt added)
  1. Place mussels in a stockpot with wine, garlic, and olive oil; cover and simmer over medium high heat.
  2. Add tomatoes, red pepper, and half of broth.
  3. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Add remaining broth to desired consistency.
