  • 4 c. organic cauliflower florets
  • ½ tsp. Celtic sea salt
  • ¼ c. organic buttermilk
  • 1 Tbsp. organic, grass-fed butter
  • ½ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  1. Steam the cauliflower until soft.
  2. Puree in a food processor, adding the butter and the buttermilk to taste.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
