Mixed Berries with Crème Fraîche, Slivered Almonds & Cinnamon Recipe

  • 1 oz. organic almonds, slivered
  • 2 c. organic mixed berries
  • 1 c. organic crème fraîche or lowfat yogurt
  • ½ tsp. organic vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp. organic cinnamon
  1. Prepare berries as needed. If using frozen, simply allow to thaw for 20-30 minutes at room temperature. While berries thaw, whisk vanilla into crème fraîche or yogurt (to substitute). Arrange berries in serving dishes as desired. Top with a dollop of crème fraîche, slivered almonds and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
