  • 2 Tbsp. organic extra virgin olive oil
  • 0.125 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 Tbsp. organic red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp. organic Dijon mustard
  • 8 c. Earthbound Farm Organic Spring Mix Earthbound Farms Spring Mix
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper.
  2. Whisk the oil in slowly, in a steady stream, until completely incorporated.
  3. Pour half of the dressing over salad mix; toss well to coat.
  4. Refrigerate remaining dressing.
