Ingredients
  • ¼ medium organic red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 Servings Season Skinless & Boneless Sardines in Olive Oil 4 Season Boneless Skinless Sardines in Olive Oil
  • 1 whole organic lemon, juiced
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • ¼ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 2.5 oz. organic cream cheese
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or Magic Bullet and blend until smooth.
  2. Chill.
  3. Serve with organic whole grain crackers, sprouting grain toast, or slices of cucumber and radish.
