  • ⅓ c. organic extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 whole organic lemon, juiced and zest
  • 1 whole organic shallot, minced
  • 1 ½ tsp. organic Dijon mustard
Instructions
  1. Whisk all ingredients in bowl to blend.
  2. Keep refrigerated.
  3. Shake and bring to room temperature before serving.
