Lemon Garlic Drumsticks Recipe

Serves: 4
  • 8 drumsticks pasture-raised chicken
  • 2 Tbsp. organic dry mustard
  • 3 cloves organic garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp. Celtic sea salt
  • ¾ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 whole organic lemon, juice plus zest
  • 3 Tbsp. organic extra virgin olive oil
  1. Combine marinade ingredients and mix well. Rinse and pat drumsticks dry.
  2. In a large bag with a zip-top seal or non reactive bowl, add drumsticks and pour over marinade. Mix to combine well.
  3. Place in refrigerator, covered, and marinade for 30 minutes up to 2 hours.
  4. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  5. Place drumsticks in a small casserole dish and bake for 45 to 55 minutes, or until juices run clear and a meat thermometer registers 160 degrees F.
  6. Serve.
