  • 2 cloves organic garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. organic rice wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. organic ginger, minced or ground
  • ¼ tsp. fresh ground black pepper (to taste)
  • ½ c. organic extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. organic tamari (gluten-free soy sauce)
  • 1 whole organic lemon, juiced
  • ½ tsp. organic Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. organic raw agave nectar
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the tamari, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, mustard, agave and pepper.
  2. In a steady stream, add the oil, whisking constantly.
  3. Chill before serving.
