  • 1 c. organic buttermilk
  • 4 medium organic turnips
  • 2 tsp. organic horseradish
  • ½ tsp. Celtic sea salt
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Roast turnips 35-40 minutes or until tender.
  3. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
  4. Remove top and bottom and any spots. Roughly chop.
  5. Add chopped turnips, horseradish, salt and buttermilk to a food processor and blend until smooth.
