Homemade Paleo Chocolate Bars & Chunks Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 Tbsp. virgin coconut oil, melted
  • 10 drops SweetLeaf® SteviaClear Liquid Stevia
  • 2 Tbsp. Native Forest Organic Classic Coconut Milk
  • 9 Tbsp. organic, natural unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine coconut oil with stevia drops. Stir well to combine.
  2. Whisk in cocoa powder and coconut milk. Stir well until thick.
  3. Pour mixture into candy molds, a glass container or onto an 8x8 pan lined with parchment.
  4. Transfer to freezer to set. Store in the refrigerator or freezer.
  5. YIELD: 4 ounces (8 servings of ½ ounce each)

  1. This recipe says for “cook time” it is 15 minutes; however I don’t see anything written in the recipe directions that says it is cooked?

      Hi Jody… in this case “cook” time means “freezer” time. The widget that we use to post recipes has a heading called “cook time” which can’t be changed.
