  • ¼ c. organic red wine vinegar
  • ½ c. organic extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 whole organic shallot, minced
  • ¼ c. fresh organic basil, chopped
  • ¼ tsp. fresh ground black pepper
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a cruet or jar with a tight fitting lid.
  2. Shake to combine.
  3. Keep refrigerated for up to one week.
