  • 2 tsp. dried organic basil
  • 2 Tbsp. organic lemon juice
  • 4 servings Nutiva Organic Shelled Hemp Seed
  • ½ medium organic red onion, diced
  • ¼ tsp. Celtic sea salt
  • 1 tsp. organic lemon zest
  • ½ tsp. organic garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. organic extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp. dried organic oregano
  1. In a small saucepan, heat the oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the onions and saute 2minutes.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix the hemp, sauteed onion, salt, herbs, garlic powder and lemon juice.
  4. Serve.
