Grain Free Almond Crackers Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 c. ground organic almond flour
  • 1 large egg white
  • 1 pinch Celtic sea salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, egg white, and salt until it forms a paste.
  3. Line a cookie sheet with unbleached parchment paper.
  4. Place the dough in the middle and top with another piece of unbleached parchment paper. Using a rolling pin (or any other cylindrical instrument), roll out the dough to ⅛ inch thick - as thin as you can get it.
  5. Peel off the top layer of paper and score the dough with a butter knife to the shape and size crackers you want.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes just to a light golden. Do not overbake.
  7. Cool completely and store in an airtight container.
