  • 2 Tbsp. organic extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. organic tahini (sesame paste)
  • 2 16-oz cans organic white beans (Great Northern or Cannellini)
  • ¾ c. spring water
  • 4 cloves organic garlic
  • 1 whole organic lemon, juiced
  1. Add white beans, garlic, olive oil, tahini, water and lemon juice to a food processor or a blender. Mix until smooth. Serve with fresh organic vegetables (carrots, celery) and whole wheat pita chips.
