Ingredients
  • 2 large organic eggs
  • ⅓ c. honey
  • ¼ c. organic cocoa powder
  • 4 Tbsp. Tropical Source Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips Tropical Source Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • ¼ tsp. Celtic sea salt
  • 15 drops SweetLeaf® SteviaClear Liquid Stevia SweetLeaf Stevia Vanilla Creme Liquid Stevia
  • 16 Tbsp. Sunbutter Organic Unsweetened Organic Sunbutter
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and beat with electric mixer to combine.(NOTE: If the batter is dry add filtered water by tablespoon to thin)
  3. Pour batter into 8 inch square greased cake pan.
  4. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  5. Bake on the middle rack for 22-26 minutes.
  6. Serve and keep in an airtight container, refrigerated.
