  • 1 tsp. aluminum-free baking powder
  • 16 Tbsp. Maranatha Natural Peanut Butter - with Salt (Creamy)
  • 1 packet SweetLeaf Stevia Plus® Sweetener
  • 1 c. organic erythritol
  • 1 large organic egg
  • 1 tsp. organic vanilla extract
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl to form a dough.
  3. Drop by teaspoonfuls on a cookie sheet. NOTE: Cookies will flatten as they bake.
  4. Bake for 8 minutes.
  5. Cool and store in an airtight container.
