Ingredients
  • 3 tsp. organic extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp. organic curry powder
  • 2 Tbsp. organic lemon juice
  • 1 head organic cauliflower, quartered
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Whisk lemon juice, curry and oil. Add cauliflower to a glass baking dish. Drizzle dressing over cauliflower. Cover and roast 20-25 minutes.
