Ingredients
  • 8 oz. organic cream cheese
  • ½ c. organic erythritol
  • 2 packets SweetLeaf Stevia Plus® Sweetener SweetLeaf Stevia Plus
  • 1 tsp, organic vanilla
  • ¾ c, organic heavy cream
Instructions
  1. Add the heavy cream to a medium mixing bowl and whip with an electric mixer until stiff.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until very smooth, then beat in the stevia, erythritol and vanilla.
  3. Blend in the whipped cream.
  4. Chill before serving.
