Cranberry-Orange Relish

Cranberry-Orange Relish Recipe

Ingredients
  • ⅓ c. organic apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 ½ c. boiling water
  • 1 tsp. organic orange zest
  • ½ tsp. ground ginger
  • 2 c. chopped unsweetened dried organic cranberries
  • ½ c. diced organic orange
  • ¼ tsp. ground allspice
  • 3 Tbsp. organic erythritol
  • ¼ tsp. ground red pepper
Instructions
  1. Combine cranberries, boiling water, orange, orange zest and ginger. Let stand 10 minutes.
  2. Combine vinegar, erythritol and spices in a small saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
  3. Add fruit mixture. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat; cool to room temperature.
  5. Serve.
