  • 1 Tbsp. Bob’s Red Mill Organic Coconut Flour Bob’s Red Mill Organic Coconut Flour
  • 1 c. organic coconut milk, chilled
  • ¼ tsp. SweetLeaf® Stevia Extract SweetLeaf Stevia Extract
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  1. Add coconut milk to a medium bowl and sift in coconut flour. Whisk until no lumps remain.
  2. Add salt and stevia and whisk vigorously to incorporate throughout.
  3. Adjust sweetness if necessary.
