  • 16 Tbsp. Bob’s Red Mill Organic Coconut Flour
  • 6 large organic omega-3 eggs
  • 1 ½ c. organic butter
  • ⅔ c. organic coconut milk
  • 2 oz. organic walnuts, crushed
  • 2 tsp. organic vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp. sea salt
  • 1 c. organic erythritol
  • 8 oz. organic unsweetened baking chocolate
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Coat 17 x 11-inch pan with cooking spray.
  3. Melt butter and chocolate over low heat. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
  4. Mix eggs, erythritol, coconut milk and vanilla.
  5. Fold flour into egg mixture and stir. Mix in chocolate and stir until smooth. Fold in nuts.
  6. Pour in pan and bake 20-25 minutes.
