Ingredients
  • 1 tsp. non-aluminum baking powder
  • ½ tsp. SweetLeaf® Stevia Extract
  • ¼ c. organic erythritol
  • 2 c. organic pecans, chopped
  • ½ c. spring water
  • ⅓ c. rganic cocoa
  • ¼ tsp. Celtic sea salt
  • 4 large organic omega-3 eggs
  • ½ c. organic butter
  • 1 tsp. organic vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Grease a 8 or 9" round or springform pan.
  3. Using a food processor, pulse pecans until they are a coarse meal.
  4. Add the rest of the dry ingredients and pulse again.
  5. Add the wet ingredients and process until well-blended.
  6. Pour into pan and transfer to oven.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  8. Cool.
  9. Slice and serve.
