Chocolate Fondue with Fresh Berries Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 Tbsp. organic erythritol
  • 12 medium organic strawberries
  • 24 whole organic cherries, pitted
  • 1 pint organic raspberries
  • ½ c. organic whole milk
  • ¼ c. organic cream
  • 6 oz. organic bittersweet chocolate
  • 2 tbsp. organic unsalted butter
Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the milk, cream and erythritol and bring to a boil.
  2. Add the chocolate and remove the pan from the heat.
  3. Let stand until the chocolate melts, about 5 minutes, then stir until smooth.
  4. Stir in the butter.
  5. Bring the fondue to the table in the pan with the fresh fruit let everyone dip their own fruit.
