Cheddar-Almond Cookies

Cheddar-Almond Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tsp. organic worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. hot sauce
  • 1 ½ c. ground organic almond meal
  • 2 oz. organic sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ½ stick organic butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a small bowl, add almond flour, butter (slightly softened) and cheese. Mix to combine.
  3. Pour worcestershire and hot sauce over mixture. Using a fork or clean hands, mix to combine ingredients into a soft dough.
  4. Drop by spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet. (NOTE: The less formed the dough is, the more crumbly and crunchy the cookies will be. If you want more shaped cookies, press with a fork to flatten.)
  5. Place cookie sheet in the oven and bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
