  • ¼ c. organic champagne vinegar
  • ¼ Tbsp. dried tarragon
  • 1 pinch Celtic sea salt
  • 2 tsp. organic Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. dried parsley
  • ¼ Tbsp. chopped organic shallots
  • ¼ c. organic extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  1. Add all ingredients to a non-reactive bowl, cruet or jar with a tight fitting lid.You may also whirl in a blender or Magic Bullet for a creamier consistency.
  2. Shake well and serve.
