  • ½ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 c. organic cauliflower florets
  • ½ tsp. Celtic sea salt
  • ¼ c. organic low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 Tbsp. organic extra virgin olive oil
  1. Steam the cauliflower until soft.
  2. Add steamed cauliflower, chicken broth and olive oil to a food processor, puree to desired consistency, adding filtered water to thin as needed.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Serve.
