Ingredients
  • 1 muffin Food for Life Gluten Free English Muffins Multi Seed
  • 2 oz. Organic Prairie Canadian Bacon
  • 4 large organic, pasture-raised eggs
  • 1 oz. organic Swiss cheese
Instructions
  1. Prepare eggs as desired (scrambled, poached, over medium). Set aside and keep warm.
  2. In the same pan, grill Canadian bacon to warm through.
  3. Split muffin and lightly toast in toaster.
  4. Top each muffin half with Swiss cheese, Canadian bacon and eggs.
  5. Serve.
