Ingredients
  • ½ tsp. organic garlic powder
  • 16 oz. grass-fed buffalo, ground
  • 16 leaves organic Bibb lettuce
  • 1 medium organic avocado, chopped
  • 1 tsp. organic chili powder
  • ¼ tsp. Celtic sea salt
  • 1 c. organic salsa
  • ⅓ c. organic sour cream
  • ½ c. chopped organic onion
Instructions
  1. Heat a large, safe skillet over medium heat. Add ground buffalo, ½ cup spring or filtered water, salt and chili powder. Break up the meat and stir to mix seasoning. Turn heat to medium-high and cook 15 minutes, stirring, until meat is cooked through. Serve seasoned buffalo with lettuce leaves, chopped onion, avocado, salsa and sour cream.
