  • 1 c. spring or filtered water
  • 1 cup. organic frozen blueberries
  • ½ small organic banana
  • 2 Tbsp. organic heavy cream (preferably grass-fed)
  1. Add frozen blueberries, cream, water, banana and ground flaxseed to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
