Ingredients
  • ½ tsp. Celtic sea salt
  • ½ Tbsp. organic extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 medium organic sweet potatoes, quartered
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 F or prepare Flavorwave.
  2. Toss sweet potato wedges with oil in a medium bowl. Sprinkle with salt.
  3. OVEN METHOD: For oven cooking, place wedges on a cookie sheet. Bake 30 minutes to golden brown. FLAVORWAVE METHOD: Adjust rack to top setting, place sweet potato wedges on rack and bake at 375 for 20 minutes, or until to golden brown.
