Avocado Garbanzo Bowls Recipe

  • 1 medium organic avocado
  • ½ c. organic chickpeas
  • 1 clove organic garlic, crushed
  • 1 medium organic carrot, shredded
  • 1 Tbsp. Olivado Avocado Oil
  • ¼ small organic red onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. organic balsamic vinegar
  1. To make avocado "bowls", slice avocado in half. Using a spoon go around the outside and remove the fruit from the skin, and discard seed.
  2. Mix the garbanzos, shredded carrot and red onion together.
  3. Mix the crushed garlic, balsamic vinegar and oil.
  4. Pour dressing over garbanzos and carrots, spoon into avocados and serve.
