  • 2 oz. raw, grass-fed Swiss cheese
  • 12 spears, small organic asparagus, blanched and trimmed
  • 4 slices organic tomato
  • 2 Servings Food for Life Brown Rice Bread
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightly toast bread.
  2. Trim blanched asparagus to length of bread. Place 6 spears on each slice of toasted bread. Top with two slices of tomato and one slice of cheese.
  3. Place on a cookie sheet and bake 3-5 minutes or until cheese has melted.
  4. Serve.
