Asian Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
  • 3 tsp. organic sesame oil
  • 1 c. organic mung bean sprouts
  • 1 Tbsp. organic tamari
  • 1 c. grated organic carrots
  • 2 Tbsp. finely minced organic ginger
  • 2 Tbsp. Premier Japan Organic Hoisin Sauce (Gluten Free)
  • 2 Tbsp. minced organic garlic
  • 1 cup. slices organic radish
  • 1 c. chopped organic cucumber
  • 16 oz. pastured turkey, ground
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a large skillet and brown ground turkey.
  2. Add garlic and ginger and saute briefly.
  3. Add soy sauce and simmer for 10 minutes while preparing the vegetables.
  4. Place filling and vegetables in center of a large platter, then surround with lettuce leaves.
  5. Serve with hoisin sauce for dipping.
