  • 1 tsp. Freshly ground pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp. sea salt, to taste
  • ⅓ c. plain organic low fat yogurt
  • ¾ c. pitted black olives, chopped
  • 3 large organic green onions, chopped
  • 2 -8oz. breasts organic chicken, halved, grilled
  • 2 c. cooked organic wild rice
  • 1 c. hearts organic artichoke hearts, chopped
  • ⅓ c. organic expeller pressed mayonnaise
  1. Dice grilled chicken and toss with green onions, olive, artichoke hearts and wild rice. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and yogurt. Toss with chicken. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
