    Hi!

Nice recipe! I am wondering if i can do it without the yacon syrup??or how can I substitue? In the country that I live I cannot find it.

    Really thanks!!

      Hi Rafaela,
      Thanks for stopping by!

We like yacon syrup because it is a low glycemic sweetener with prebiotic benefits, but you can certainly substitute that with honey or maple syrup.

      Be Well,
      Kelley
