Ingredients
  • 1 tsp. non-aluminum baking powder
  • 1 c. ground organic almond flour
  • 2 drop SweetLeaf® SteviaClear Liquid Stevia
  • 2 large organic, omega-3 eggs
  • ¼ tsp. Celtic sea salt
  • ¼ c. purified or spring water
  • 1 Tbsp. organic extra virgin coconut oil
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl.
  2. Heat a safe nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Spray with organic coconut oil spray, if desired.
  4. Pour batter into pan to size desired.
  5. Flip when pancakes begin to bubble and underside is light brown.
