Preparation

In a medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese at medium speed until fluffy. Sprinkle stevia powder over cream cheese. Beat well, using a rubber spatula to scrape the sides of the bowl often. Add vanilla and beat until combined. Keep refrigerated.
