This Recipe:

Preparation

  1. Combine turkey, zucchini, onions, pepper, tarragon, salt and beaten egg in a large bowl.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Shape into 4 patties.
  4. Cook in a safe, nonstick pan for 5 minutes per side or until just lightly browned. Alternatively (the preferred method) use a Flavorwave oven to cook.
  5. Place patties in Flavorwave and cook until no longer pink in the center (about 6-8 minutes).
  6. Top with cheese and mustard.
  7. Serve.
