Sugar Free Cream Cheese Frosting

Preparation

  • Bring butter and cream cheese to room temperature
  • Powder erythritol in a coffee grinder or Magic Bullet until very finely ground.
  • Add butter and cream cheese to a medium bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
  • Add in erythritol and vanilla. Beat 1 minute until smooth and fluffy and erythritol is fully dissolved.
  • Add stevia, starting with 1/8 tsp., and increasing to taste.
  • Keep refrigerated.
