Preparation

  • Using a food processor or Magic Bullet, powder the erythritol.
  • Cream together the cream cheese and erythritol in a medium mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in the vanilla and lemon juice. Add stevia to taste.
  • Add the lemon zest and cardamom and beat until fluffy and smooth.
  • Chill the frosting until ready to use.
