Preparation

  1. In a skillet, sauté leeks and onions in oil. Add to slow cooker with all other ingredients.
  2. Cover; cook on Low 6-8 hours or High 4-6 hours.
  3. Ladle into oven-safe bowls, and if desired, top with cheese before serving.
