Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9 x 5 loaf pan.
  • Add all ingredients to a medium bowl and mix well to combine.
  • Pour batter into pan.
  • Bake for 40 minutes.
  • Turn the loaf out onto a cooling rack. Cool completely before serving.

I made this bread and followed the recipe VERY carefully. It turned out more like a bland cornbread. it was certainly nothing like sandwich bread. I was hoping it would be good, but it was not good at all.
