Shanghai Chicken Kabobs

This Recipe:

Preparation

  1. Cut the chicken into 1" chunks.
  2. Thread 8 skewers as follows: chicken, mushroom, chicken, onion, chicken, orange quarter, chicken, pepper, cherry tomato. Place kabobs in shallow pan.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients; spoon over kabobs. Marinate in refrigerator 15-20 minutes (up to 1 hour). Drain.
  4. Transfer to a baking sheet. Broil 6 inches from heat, 15 minutes on each side, brushing with marinade every 5 minutes. Alternately, use Flavorwave. Discard any leftover marinade.
  5. Serve.
