This Recipe:
Preparation
Drain salmon and add to a medium bowl. Using a fork, flake salmon, crushing up any small bones. Add neufchatel cheese, lemon juice, chopped onion and capers. Mix well and refrigerate. Meanwhile, toast bread and slice on the diagonal. For smaller toast points, slice into 4 triangles. Top toast with salmon spread and sprinkle with dill weed and freshly ground black pepper.
