This Recipe:

Preparation

  1. Drain salmon.
  2. In a small bowl mash salmon to break up small bones. (NOTE: You will not taste them and they add calcium)
  3. Mix salmon with chopped onion, dill, lemon juice and mayonnaise.
  4. Refrigerate 10 minutes.
  5. Spread on crackers and serve.
