Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl combine almond flour, salt, baking soda and spices.
  3. In a Vita-Mix or other high speed blender puree oil, agave, eggs and pumpkin until smooth.
  4. Stir wet ingredients into dry.
  5. Place unbleached cupcake liners in cupcake pan.
  6. Pour batter into liners.
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
  8. Cool and serve.
